Good morning Comodo team,
We are getting the following message from Comodo Containment when installing our games: “Although Exent Technologies Ltd has digitally signed their application, they are not whitelisted by us”. In March you have added us to the trust vendors list but have not whitelisted us.  Can you add us to yours whitelist?

Could you please submit the screenshot of detected files along with details about the environment like OS type and CIS version on which this event occurred.

OS: Windows 10 Build 17134 x64 bit
Antivirus: Comodo Internet Security, version: 11.0.0.6710
Database version: 29799
I've attached two screenshots, you can find detected files and message from Comodo containment.

Thanks for your details.
Also please send "File Rating-> File Rating Setting" and "File Rating -> Trusted Vendors" screenshot.
Generally It requires internet connection to validate the verdict of Trusted vendor ,so please ensure this.

Thanks for your answer
I did all the steps which you wrote, reinstall the antivirus and update antivirus database, now I don’t get the next message: “ Although Exent Technologies Ltd has digitally signed their application, they are not whitelisted by us”, but BSOD (Stop code: Unexpected Kernel Mode trap, what failed: ntfs.sys) is still present when the game was started.
This is the instruction to recreate BSOD:
Download the following installation package: http://www.freeridegames.com/do/getSDMOffersNSISGW?gameId=466550
Install the player using the downloaded file, the player will automatically launch the game once installation is finished.
The BSOD appears when the game was started
