ZTL no longer available?

I just heard about ZTL last week, and I am interested.
Enough so that I have redone one of my systems to try and test it out.
Reinstalled a few times so far...
But I can no longer get the download site to provide anything at all-
Is ZTL no longer available or is it just a problem with the file host?
