Move more than one entry in Network and computer security policies

Hope that a thread like this doesn't already exists.

I think it would be good in Network and computer security policies, if you can move more than one entry at same time.
This would make it easier to sort such lists. I've hoped that this is included in 3.13, but it isn't.

Hope some more would like that.
