How about the possibility to block ips by country codes or ip lists from file... like in pg2.   It would be the first fully functionnal geo ip blocking module for vista...

I'm desperate to block some countries from my server because of spam and intrusion attempts.

I think freebird means an IP Hider thing... Which IMO is completely redundant.

Do you mean some form of anonymizer? If so the vast majority aren't worth a carrot, only TOR offers any type of anonymity and that's not 100% IMO.

well... than Comodo could develop some kind of software like proxy server, that has the capabilities of TOR and the user friendliness of the Apple I-pod touch/I-phone 3g Wink

How about have something which makes a secure connection between your computer and is anonymous?

Edit: I see there is Trust Connect, but it isn't free.  *Sigh*  Is there anything like this which is free?

Personally I'd be very wary of any service similar to that free, many so called free security services are leaky as a sieve. Undecided

Well ok, does anyone know of something less than $49.99 per year (or something which you only pay once)?

hmm... that's $35 a month!!  here is the price and they charge $1 for trial. You can get our trial for free for 30 days and we do NOT charge over $300 a year but a mere $49 a year!

There is a cost with this service just like you have with your ISP as they provide you connection. Its an ongoing service with ongoing cost! I thought we made ours cut-throat cheap with the quality of the service we are offering...

Yes, now that I look at yours I see it is one of the cheapest.  I'm just getting spoiled by Comodo's free products.   Laugh   Comodo Rocks

Hmmm...is there any way to uninstall Trust Connect (after the 30 day trial), then reinstall and use it for 30 more days?   Thinking

Wow! no wonder they kept the full price well hidden on there,I hunted high and low for it.  Shocked

$49 a year is very cheap compared to that no doubt, mind you I really like their VM (something for Comodo in the future perhaps).
