I hope this isn't taken the wrong way (as I love the Comodo programs I'm using!), but I think Comodo is already spreading itself pretty thin with all of its various "irons in the fire" ... so many programs in various stages of development, some in beta for long periods of time, some more or less abandoned (or so it would seem).  I would like to see more effort expended upon perfecting those already in place rather than adding, say, another new project every week.

Thank  you for your concern.
Let me clarify some issues: There are no projects without its Team Leader and people who are busy writing code on them. As you can see we have many beta products. All that means is we started many projects around same time and hence the development lifecycle of all these pretty similar and thats why we are seeing all these betas hitting us around same time. We have a sizeable R&D capability and every project has its own team. We don't tackle what we can't handle, whats the point! So everything we have will be perfected! Just that it takes time. There is a fine balance of healthy progress by continually improving whats there and also continually adding and pushing the envelope just a bit further. We have to push the envelope FOR YOU!! Otherwise you will continue to be marketed 25 year old AV technology and you will still have malware! And that is not a recipe for us to reach our goal of The Trusted Internet.

It is all our responsibility, you, me and everyone, to spread the word and help secure every computer so that we can reach this state of trusted internet! So please spread the word.

thanks

its great to see crc and to use it it catches more than tweaknow and ccleaner how about making a ccleaner like product that cleans out all the garbage in your pc i think it is a base for having a well secured pc in the end and integrate it into crc or into cis and have it run before the installer of cis that way  your security would be installed on a nice and clean pc from the beginning than can be scanned for viruses i think it would speed up pc performance from the get go and also the consumer would be blown away by it. it helps having temp files removed obscelete program files left behind reg keys all the junk and more removed and comodo defrag would be cool and an all around pc optimizer a real one not the garbage out their.their are alot of scripts for xp and vista os systems that really boost system performance menu speeds and faster reboot and so on just some thoughts C.F.L (comodo for life)

Hey A2ZPC.

Cache Cleaner will come hopefully by end of September.  Smiley As for other utilities? Yep there is more to come!!  But Cant say anything at the moment.  Smiley COMODO Registry Cleaner is the first utility, So again... More to come!! Smiley

By the way Comodo Internet Security is related to security, We will have a Utility Suite so we have 2 separate suites for utilities and Security.

What about a VPN solution? Like hamachi.... (they changed their licence, and now their free version is not available for anybody, just for non profit people... maybe it is just matter of time they remove the free version...).

A file verification program. All of Comodo's installers are delivered with an SHA1 code, but there is no comodo program to verify these. I know you can get other programs to do this, but it would be nice if there was one from Comodo, that way we would get the program from a trusted source!

Further this program should be able to generate SHA1 (or an even more precise code) from files (not just a single file, but multiple files and folders/folder tree) at a time. That way users would be able to share files with each other knowing that the files has not been altered (if the users trust each other Wink)

I want you guys to develop a *COMODO REMOVAL TOOL* similar like the Norton removal tool... not because we do not like your software, but because I and others want to get the best out of your software without any problems when installing and re-installing.... This would be a very user friendly alternative for novice users besides the current un-installing methods.... I hope you guys understand...

I'll vote for that. Maybe also special ones for removing each Beta version too.  Thumb Up
errr instead of making a standalone removal tool, why don't make the software easier to remove  Roll Eyes
i've read some bad comments about Norton, how norton is ridiculous or inefficient cos the software needs uninstaller to remove it.
i've never had any problem removing comodo though  Tongue (except CAVS2 BETA)
