Rehash: Help me flush my computer once and for all

I downloaded a prgram here a while back
and I can't for the life of me remember what it is

I wanted a better ad ware/malware remover in the style of CrapCleaner or Evidence Eliminator

someone recommended something
I downloaded it
ran a "super vaccium" clean up deleted a whole bunch of crap and had to reformat my HD because along with the crap I deleted important files

I still want to use the program again but its been so long since I logged back in here that my original acct was probably deleted

And I don't want to make the same mistakes again
