1) A Program that can encrypt a folder, I think microsoft released something like private folder but it caused privacy issues so they removed it.
2) Disk imaging software so if your computer gets compromised by a virus or malware you can one click restore your computer to a working image.
3) How about a free email service like yahoo but with built in encyrption.

Here is one more suggestion I forgot. How about a program that removes cache, cookies, and wipes free space on a hard drive like ccleaner
