I think this is a very good idea and a way to satisfy the people who are for and against the idea. Nobody has to install the whole package. You can choose if you want to install the whole package or just the firewall or antivirus, ...
Or maybe you could do like Symantec or Mcafee. Develop an internet security suite and at the same time keep the firewall and the antivirus available as seperate downloads and installers. That way, everybody is happy I guess.
Just an idea
I agree.
Of course, still do what you do now and leave the users the option of only installing one, but an optional-component all-in-one Comodo suite would be perfect.
A lot of us see these thoughts (above) as good ideas. Check out Ashampoo for an example of a nice interface for a suite w/ separate download, install and remove. It is a good choice for you who may chose to leave some Comodo product(s) behind or may want to add to those you keep. It is more simple for users who don't need the control more advanced users may desire.
