Why not try AVG-Antispyware.

This comes with a 30 day trial of premium features. After the trial has expired you will not have automatic updates or real time protection, however you can still manually update and scan/remove threats.

comicfan, I turned off my internet and scanned in normal mode. So far, my computer is fine(for now until it's resolved.)

 Oh, lol sorry. Thought you still had it. I have been running Spyware terminator as mentioned and have had no spyware at all, none. But if you read back that is an option but I haven't had any such intrusions from ST or otherwise. I tried a couple of rootkit detectors and nothing found, so i'm feeling very positive it's now legit.
