Trojan Removal

well I have got a little wooden horse (trojan) tvomc.dll trojan generic3.GKO hiding and causing some probs, I have AVG free etc and Comodo firewall pro but I cannot get it off the system any suggestions?

I would recommend scanning and removing it online with something like Housecall that the trojan can't modify:
