Yust logged on my msn account and got this alert can someone explain me whot is this and why recived this is this virus or someone trying to install this to my computer

Looks like Windows can't totally check a certificate. For starters run the Windows Update and see if there are updates for certificates under the non critical updates and when they are install them.
