NewHeur_PE cleaner

help me please.....

i have problem, i have file that detect by NOD32 as i don't know virus or not?
but NOD32 say "probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus [7] .

i want keep this file, cause it's important to me.
any tools to clean that file.
the file is "my picture.exe", it's was a picture.
