Has anyone come across this being detected by the Comodo AntiVirus software?
It seems to keep popping up on my PC and no matter what I do I cant seem to get rid of it.
Help anyone?

It can be malware or part of the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool. Where's the file path located? Have you submitted to Comodo for analysis? What about VirusTotal and Jotti's scanning sites?
