Marware - Wind32:Adware-gen

I seem to be infected with Win32:Adware-gen. My Avast came up with a message as such this afternoon but won't let me move it to the chest or anything else. Here is a copy of my Hijack This Log. I would be sincerely thankful if anyone has any advice they can offer. Thanks!!
