IUnstable?

I am finding the Anti-Spam program unstable.

When I boot up my computer in the morning to loads OK and processes a first lot of email.

After that it starts to demand that I fill in information  which it already has, and is all correct.

Any comments?

I have been forced to disable it at the moment and of course the spam is flooding through again even though some sorting is done by my ISP.

As a follow-up, I am using XP, have Comodo as my firewall and Norton AV.

I get my mail via Outlook and it is a pop3 account with an ISP here in New Zealand.

I spoke to soon -- without any changes that I am aware of, it seems to be acting normally now.
