I like this new idea but do you not think the website design is a little iffy?

When I click the link the tab title in firefox is "Malware found on your computer" and the bit where it says "Comodo Firewall Pro found malware that could not be removed" is also possibly going to panic some inexperienced users into thinking their pc is infected.

I think you should tone this down a bit to avoid scaring some people - these are the kind of tactics used by certain rogue companies and are unworthy of Comodo.

yes you are right.. this is a page I had access to..
there is a new page being built..
this page is for people whose CFP has found a malware on their machine etc..

The Chat window is right... You chat with Comodo Support Staff who Scan your system for you. They'll also check that you are using the latest version of CPF 3 and that it's setup correctly.They'll then send you a link to download the Desktop to Desktop software and once you run it, they'll download the Scanner Pack onto your computer (It's about 30 Megs) and then scan your system (they alone have the password for the scanner to run). It's very quick, by the time I had put the kettle on and made my cup of coffee the scan was done. (About 5 Minutes!)
