Detect virus in real time scanning but not in manual scan

Hello
The real time scanning detects the following virus, Virus.Win32.Parite.~[at]75067568 in several files.
Some files I set to remove, but the files were not deleted, others I put in quarantine, successful.
Next, I restore the files in quarantine and I checked with same version of Comodo, using manual scan and I did not detect any virus!
Operating system:
XP Home Edition Pack 3
The account, when the situation happen, is limited.
