can not install antivirus or antimaleware software

Mcafee antirootkit found something in system32 file. i had just downloaded comodo antivirus an antimaleware. I have windows CE 2005. please help It also said it was a information stealer.

Please post the logs here, what file and what have you found. Many security products act like a rootkits (they put hooks and so on) and even just normal user utils do this (e.g. daemon tools hooks ZwEnumirateKey in SDT and so on) so this is not a panic reason
