Backdoor trojans and malware

Concerned that I dont know what the best cheapest option is to attack these.I,ve got NTL antivirus,spybot and adaware but still getloads of popups for products to cure these but dont trust as they are incessant.I,m UK based and looking for an all cure sggesion

I always associate pop-ups with spyware. My recommendation for cure: SUPERAntispyware
