Anyway i could know beyond a shadow of a doubt whether or not someone is remotely monitoring (hacked) my PC or is running a keylogger or any type of similar program on it.

Slightly related question(s)

1. How are ip addresses determined?

2. What are the random IPs that my computer is sending files to in the VIEW ACTIVE CONNECTIONS tab of COMODO.

Use SUPERAntispyware And MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware to kill those nasty keyloggers and other stuff!! But scan and remove in Safe Mode (By pressing f8 on bootup untill safe mode screen options load).

Cheers
