Hi Guys,
New version installed. The problem remains.
VE doesn't work neither in IE7 nor in Firefox. There is no green border.
Old story. Checked all suggested as in previous cases and there are
several cases here in the past with no answer. All closed as outdated.

Not keeping much hope...
but will keep the application for a couple of days before uninstalling this version too
