Hi,

The VE documentation indicates compatability with Mozilla 1.7 and up. Mozilla Suite is no longer being developed and has a follow-on called Seamonkey.

http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/

The about for Seamonkey shows:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060729 SeaMonkey/1.0.4

Anyone know if Seamonkey will work with VE?

Thanks, Al

Hi,

Currently VE does not install for SeaMonkey.  We will be adding SeaMonkey support in the very near future.

Still planning on supporting seamonkey?

I noticed you removed AOL support in the new release, so I thought I'd ask if SM was still on the plate.

Ciao, Al

Ciao, Al

we want to support as many browsers as possible. The above was done to get a quick resolution to IE7. We will expand the support for all the other browsers though soon.

Hi Al,

We will be adding SeaMonkey support in the next release along with the Firefox 2.0 support.

As Melih has highlighted AOL and other IE based browser support will be added again after we have optimised and refined the solution.

Thanks,

Shane.

Hey Shane,

When you say "other IE based browsers", does this mean IE "wrappers" like Maxthon and AM Browser (formerly Crazy Browser)?

TIA,
Ewen :-)
