Install didn't take for IE 7, but did for Firefox

When I installed, I chose to use Verification Engine for Firefox & IE (7). The firefox is working; IE 7 doesn't show the green. Nor does Comodo Verification Engine appear in the add-ons. Do you suggest I uninstall & reinstall? Or can I re-run setup without uninstalling first?
Also, can I use the forum ID on the support site, or will I need to register there separately?
