how long until reviews show on usertrust image?

How long is it until the user trust reviews show on the dynamic user trust image? We have had a review but the image still shows as not rated.

Another note, the javascript variable cot_loc0 used in the usertrust example script is the same as that used for the corner trust ssl logo. I changed it to cot_loc1 and it showed the image fine, just thought i'd mention it as it may confuse people.

I did send a support email last week, but havn't heard anything back.

Still no reply from support, either here or by email.

If we can't get the ratings to show on the image soon, we'll have to stop using usertrust.

You need 5 reviews from registered users (anonymous don't count) for the stars to appear on the image.
