Logo is covered by page

hi,
on the my site the trustlogo works fine for the frontpage.

but when i load the main site (javascript!), the logo ist covered by that js-element; the trustlogo is now in hidden in the background.

the site is done in PHP, i´ve tried to load the main bodey firts an then the trustlogo (and vice versa). no effect. trustlogo in the background :-(

is there a way to put the trustlogo in the foreground? any ideas?
