Background image displaced by cornertrust?

I am having a problem with the cornertrust logo displacing my background image in internet explorer.  I have tried moving the code around, hardcoding into the body tag and using css, nothing seems to matter.  The logo is "properly" installed now, but is still interfering.  This is really wierd.  Not sure what to do.  You can check it out at http://www.naturalfootwear.com  It displays fine in firefox, and has a nice fade at the top of the page.  In internet explorer it is all one color, as if the image is displaying 5-6 inches too high on the page.  What can I do?

Any fix for this? I spent 1 hour so far trying to fix. IE6 only has this issue.
