Hi All,

We are pleased to inform that Trustix Enterprise Firewall 4.8 is
launched and ready for download at http://firewall.trustix.com/small/index.html.
Version 4.8 is a stable version and heralds a host of improvements and new
features. Looking forward to hear your comments and
suggestions.
Version 4.8 supports following features:
       
        * Full HA & Load balancer support     
            Rich improved GUI
        * Web Content Filtering support & improved GUI
        * AntiVirus support
        * Sound feature of Active users finding & Counting ISO's downloads.
        * IDS support and a number of other improvements.
        * Anti-Spam support

The current OS for this release is Trustix Secure Linux -- 2.2 ( TSL-2.2) and it is on 2.4 Kernel.

Well, has anyone else noticed that the link for the download is "Broken"??

It has moved to http://download.trustix.com/firewall/4.8-test/iso/

Since it is only under 4.8-test, does this mean it has been pulled from the release?  I have see things in the Trustix froums about people having trouble licensing this product.

Also...What about Trustix it's self...is it not being EOL'd??
