If I want to use my own cover page, then I need to attach it to the email and enter

coverpage:no

into the email message, correct?

Is there any way to ensure that the attached coversheet is sent BEFORE the other attached files?

I believe on the web interface you can order the files, is there any way top do this via email?

You are correct that you would attach your own cover and in the body of the email specify coverpage:no  so that trustfax will not generate a cover. To set the order of the attachment when faxing by email - trustfax will order the documents alphabetically. In fact the documents are ordered numerically and then alphabetically so you can name your docs accordingly.
the web interface will allow you to set the order no matter the name of the file.
