When calling international numbers, that is numbers outside the US and Canada, do I need to use a 01 prefix, so that they will be sent? In any case the question is, for international fax numbers do I need a prefix and does my location in the world matter.

When sending a fax outside of the US or Canada you need to enter 011 followed by the country code and phone number.
It does not matter where in the world you at located when you send the fax. The fax will be sent from the trustfax hosting facilites. So if faxing to a North America destination enter 1-area code and the phone number. If you are faxing to a destination outside of North America enter 011-country code and the phone number.
