My incoming faxes are not being received at all - with my paid Trustfax account. Instead there is a voice message that states "Please stay on the line...etc." How is a fax machine sending a fax supposed to interpret this voice prompt?
Why is this happening?
I get no help at all calling support. I either get voicemail hell or a prompt to leave a message.
