My situation is a little different. CTM will not completely uninstall. It does “Uninstalling” up to 24%, then it goes to “Updating” for 5%, and that’s all she wrote, folks. It freezes at that point and I can do nothing else. Rebooting repeatedly gives the same results, 24%, then 5%. Is there a way to break out of it? My computer has been down for 3 weeks now. Thank you very much for your help.
