You can update to AV database Version <25564> of Comodo Internet Security Version<8.4.0.5076> and confirm it.

Hi Maksim,

You can send the detected file by mail at falsepositive@avlab.comodo.com. Make sure you zip it first, with password ‘infected’.

This issue was fixed, but we got new problem. Our launcher load in Sandbox. In this mod we can’t use it and get errors.
Clip2Net — screen capture tool for Windows, Android, iPad, Mac, Linux - Thetta driver block. Interface block
Clip2Net — screen capture tool for Windows, Android, iPad, Mac, Linux - Insteller. Launcher core file.
Clip2Net — screen capture tool for Windows, Android, iPad, Mac, Linux - Error.
If i will use x86 system, i think that i will get block “ix32.exe” file.

All files attached in archive, without password protection. We can’t report this issue by email or whitelist form.

Can you help us please ?

Good day. We still got same issue. I will try to explain:

First, when we are trying to install our application, we got alert, that this application unknown(screenshot(1)).
Then, after accept to install, application running in Sandbox(screenshot(2), files attached(qgna.zip))
We got false-positive detection for 1 of the game client file(attached file(ilus.zip), screenshot(5) from log, screenshot(3) of detection)

Virus and program version screenshot attached(screenshot(4))

Sorry for russian Comodo

Can you help us to fix all this issue ?

When Comodo Firewall installed, we have windows error “Unsupported 16-class application” or something like this when we try to install our GameNet launcher (http://go.gamenet.ru/b/19/222/PlatformPage). Please help us to remove this error. Screenshot attached.
