Comodo Dragon ver 28.1 is now available for download

What’s even worse, there is no reply from the devs. :-TD
This is becoming so typical for Comodo… 88)

+1

chrome 30 beta released 88) we have still 28.1 :-X

If it was abandoned it would be posted.

Don’t compare Beta to Stable, they are in 2 different categories.

They could at least tell us if they are actually still working on it and maybe when it might be finished…but nope…we’re just left wondering.

whatever it is beta or not? Comodo waitin’ ? there is no word about new release time :-TD

…all we can do, is sit and wait…yeah sit and wait…

how much more we have to wait for CD new release ?

Until they find their release Stable enough for Public use, or Beta enough for Beta public use.

thanks I do not know this 88)

…they’re gettin’ their rocks off on all this misery they’re putting their patrons through - IceDragon is out of my life forever because of this nonsense - nothing but excuses - the poison is gone - back to Firefox permenantly - Dragon is next - the way things look, pretty soon - there’s more than one barber shop in this town…

Oh behave… This remark is only funny at the surface.

Choice is a good thing. It keeps contestants sharp and on edge.

they are nothing ■■■■ lie’s and Hippocrates i dont think they give a flying Frak about us anymore And In my own opinion as a IT Specialist and i have multiple degree’s from mit in computer science and advanced computer engineering and advanced Administrator network programing Iron is 10 times more secure because its igonito mode doesn’t write anything to the hard drive igonito mode in comodo dragon works just like it dose in chrome , that strikes me right there as not being very secure and with iron you don’t have to worry about constant updates you update it when you want to update it , and frak them i don’t give a flying frak anymore about anyone ■■■■ them selves and make-ING money off of other people

Disregarding your not too subtle for the sake of something more important

and make-ING money off of other people
That requires corroboration. I am eagerly awaiting to see solid evidence of this.

If you have all of this expertise and degrees, why not make your own browser out of scratch or a base like; Gecko, Chromium, Webkit, or Trident?
Iron’s developer is doing its browser for the ads, he uses Google Ads, and admits it. He gets revenue from it, it is his plan from the beginning. (Too lazy to go looking for the link, but you can search for it)
I agree that Incognito should be as “Private” as possible.

And In my own opinion as a IT Specialist and i have multiple degree's from mit in computer science and advanced computer engineering and advanced Administrator network programing
I've seen people with multiple degree's in the computer and network field. That doesn't mean much so dont even go that route here
they are nothing ■■■■ lie's and Hippocrates i dont think they give a flying Frak about us anymore
and my personal favorite part
Iron is 10 times more secure because its igonito mode doesn't write anything to the hard drive igonito mode in comodo dragon works just like it dose in chrome
LOL... Try this out

Do this

  1. Use iron browser, use incognito mode
  2. go to www.youtube.com
  3. watch a video
  4. In iron, clear browsing data. Delete eveyrthing!!!
  5. Just to be safe, use ccleaner and run it.
  6. Lets use a file recovery program and see if I can prove I was on youtube using iron’s incognito mode Lets download “recuva” <— It free and simple to use
    Download Recuva 1.53.2083 for Windows - Filehippo.com
  7. Run “recuva” —> all file ----> click I’m not sure ----> Don’t even bother with the “deep scan” It’s not needed and it’ll save time. We just need the quick basic scan, thats all
  8. When it’s done, click on “last modified” so we can keep the dates and time in order
  9. look for “Cookies-journal” <— I really like cookies
  10. Put a check mark next to it and right click on it. Choose “recover checked”
  11. Lets save it to the desktop to keep it simple
  12. Close “recuva” because we’re done with it
  13. Do a binary dump on “Cookies-journal”. For this purpose, I’m using “universal viewer w/ all the plugins” to do a binary dump. Although its not free, but use whatever you want to do a binary dump.

Here’s a picture of a file thats been recovered showing I’ve been to youtube when using iron browsers incognito mode. For the record, dragon is guilty too :-La

Hmm, I wonder, would it be possible for Comodo to construct an incognito mode that keeps all data in the memory and never writes something on the drive? I’d imagine that’d fix the issue?

That is like what some VPN companies do so that if their servers are stolen there will be user data on them.

The ‘clean-up’ function should just write the file with zero’s or rubish, that would make a ‘recovery’ useless, because you’ll only find rubish.
So fill with garbage and then ‘wipe’ instead of delete.

what happen to CD chrome has already v29.0.1547.76 m ??? because of that i switch to google chrome again and FF 24.0
