Can't update & firefox is blocked

I"m new to comodo – just installed CIS. It will not update – error that I’m not connected when in fact I’m connected. IE will work, FireFox will not connect. I’ve tried uninstalling Comodo and Firefox then reinstalling. Still the same problems. FireFox is blocked and I can’t update comodo or find the features that allows me to update?

PLEASE HELP.

This MIGHT a similar problem to mine.

Mine might be trying to download the (Comodo software Updates).

It should tell you if you need an Anti-Virus database update.

Is the CIS updater still not working?

Same problem - windows 7 64 bit AV says no network & firefox can’t find internet ??
