Ej behörig!!!

Jag har precis köpt en ny dator och installerat Comodo. Men jag måste ha tryckt fel när jag skulle godkänna något program så nu kan jag inte ens stänga av datorn. Jag har inte behörighet att ens öppna Internet Explorer. Sitter nu och skriver på min sambos dator och håller på att bli galen. Hoppas verkligen att någon kan hjälpa mig med detta. Det måste ju vara någon inställning som är fel. Det hjälper inte att starta om datorn och jag kommer inte åt inställningarna i Comodo.... Det går heller inte att köra exe.filen som någon tipsade om för jag kan inte öppna någonting.
Snälla snälla, hjälp mig....

Jag misstänker att du har blockerat explorer.exe i Defence+ modulen. Jag vet inte hur datorkunnig du är, men du känner säkert till att explorer.exe är samma sak som "Windows explorer", som ju s.a.s styr de flesta andra program man öppnar. Om explorer.exe är blockerad (exempelvis för att man bockat i "block" och "remember action" när explorer försökt göra något) så låser sig det mesta i datorn. Jag kommer inte ihåg på rak arm vad man ska göra, men jag vet att det är flera som frågat tidigare om samma sak så jag tror att du kan hitta svaret i CFP-delen av detta forum.
När du har löst det hela rekommenderar jag att du kör "trusted application" eller "windows system application"-policy för explorer.exe (i defence+) så kommer du aldrig att drabbas av problemet igen.

Kanske det, men det tog ett tag innan jag hittade det svenska forumet och föredrar hjälp på svenska. Men mitt problem kvarstår tyvärr. Jag kan inte ens komma åt programmet....
Lyckas inte med hjälp av F8 starta datorn i felsäkert läge...?

OK.
Det skall dock vara möjligt att starta i felsäkert läge. Om du trycker F8 i princip konstant precis då BIOS-bilden försvinner, under uppstart, så bör det gå.
Väl inne i fesäkert läge går det bra att avinstallera CFP.
