Hello,

We recently ordered a UCC certificate for a customer and one of the hostnames for the SAN field was incorrect.  Is it possible to re-submit a correct request to replace the certificate?  If so, is there any re-validation required, and how long will the re-issue process typically take from request to certificate delivery?

Thanks,
DS

In most cases no re-validation required. Here's how you make a request to replace your certificate.

Great, thanks so much!  If I needed to add a 4th SAN, at extra cost, would it be considered in that case a new order, and be subject to re-validation?

Thanks,

No, it would still be the same order number. Yes, some form of validation would occur, but it all depends on the SAN being added.
