I'm having the hardest time getting my SSL certificate to verify.
I have the InstantSSL package and have installed the necessary files using cPanel SSL/TLS module.
They're in 2 different root folders:
/ssl/certs/
/ssl/keys/
I have

In the /ssl/certs/ folder I have:
tejasthumpcycles.org.crt
utn-userfirst-hardware.crt
tejasthumpcycles.org.csr

In the /ssl/private/
I have two .key files

Two things to also note is:
I don't have access to my httpd.conf file
The SSL/TLS manager requires me for a business department while I don't have the business department field filled in.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
If you need the URL I can provide it.
