Multiple domains and subdomains

Is it possible to secure 3 domains with 1 ssl certificate where one of those domains also has unlimited subdomains? I found multi domain certificates and wildcard certificates for one domain, but none that covers all.

We presently do no allow wildcards on our multi-domain certificates.
