I purchased a PositiveSSL cert last year for a client's site. I have since moved the site from the shared host to a VPS and renewed the ssl cert. I can't seem to get the cert installed correctly. I get the following error:

naturepods.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self signed.

(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer)

I have deleted the ssl host and reinstalled but still receive the same error.

Hi,

This caused that the root and intermediate certificates has not installed properly.

You have to install the root and intermediate certificates.

Get the help from our knowledgebase article to install the certificate.
