Comodo SSL UCC Certificate Renewal

I’m getting ready to renew our UCC cert. So I log in and click the Management link. See the cert, click the renew link and then I’m presented with 2 Instant Cert options and 2 Premium Cert options. All four are accessed using the corresponding Renew/Buy button. I am not seeing a UCC option; although I do see the wildcard one, but it looks more expensive the UCC we are currently using.

My question is what option should I choose to correctly renew my current UCC cert?

I do apologize but simply browse to: ComodoCA Official Site | UC Certificate | Get Comodo Unified Communications Certificate ; and re-purchase the certificate as a returning customer as a renewal does constitute a new purchase.
