Please help: lost in program's UI

Hi,
I use Comodo free firewall and antivirus. By mistake, I blocked a program. Now, I need to find a list of blocked programs, to unblock the one I need. How to do it (where this list and all other settings are)?

To Change/View A File That Was Block'd Please Go To
Firewall > Advanced > Network Security Policy > Here you will find all the files That The Firewall Has A Rule/Policy For.

If It Is A Defense+ Block Please Go To
Defense+ > Advanced > Computer Security Policy > Here you will find all the files That The Defense+ Has A Rule/Policy For.'

For Quarantined Items Please Go To
AntiVirus > Quarantined Items > Here you'll Find Item;s that has been Quarantined
