User was displayed twice-- both users link to same profile. Refresh does not help.

Probably a refresh issue related to forum. It's fixed now.

This can happen if the user is logged in on two devices, each using a separate network/IP to connect to the internet (i.e. PC on LAN and phone on mobile data).

It is a bit strange and some users might abuse.
