Wanted -- way to stop Comodo itself from spamming

Comodo is constantly spamming my clients, who use another service. They have spammed my 800 user mail list.
How can you keep Comodo itself from spamming? It is despicable behavior.
We have already had dozens of our users drop Comodo due to outrage at them spamming our mail list. But now they have sent out a new round of spam emails trying to steal our SSL clients.
