Lindsey was incredible helpful, knowledgeable and patient.  My biggest fear when I called in was that I might get left out in the dark, trying to figure out where I had gone wrong with installation while visitors were navigating away from my ecommerce shop due to the fact that the certificate expired.

That didn't happen.  Aside from the documentation provided online, he stuck with me on the phone and walked me through the process and everything is up and running perfectly.
