I found that WOT provides ID Theft Protection in the old User Guide they had. (View Picture Below)

I think you're misinterpreting this. WOT do not, and never have, offered ID Theft Protection as far as I know. That's about what the ratings (the WOT users ratings) mean. As it says ".. A poor rating may indicate identity theft potential, ..".
