Question: Do you want that Comodo Time Machine continue to be developed?
Yes, please, save and keep the technology on.
No. It's not necessary, I'll use whatever Microsoft make for Windows 8.
Never mind, I use other product (concurrence).

Comodo Time Machine is for me first smart preservation system tool i have ever found in my 16 years of sniffing various software on the internet. Maybe it has some bugs and you can lost everything by uninstalling it without generating important data backups, but many, many times it saves my time and nerves...

By the way...  Happy New - 2012 - Let it be,..

Seems a "controversial" tool called Toolwiz Time Freeze will be developing allowing "multiply snapshots".

Is is another case of FUD or they could really got the code of Shadow Defender.

I suspect that this (ReFS, the new Windows File System) may have an impact of any future versions of CTM..

ReFS is only going to be used on Server versions of Win 8 so I am not sure that it will influence CTM development.

It only starts on the server version just like NTFS did, it will move to the desktop version after that.

Hello everybody,

I would like just give you an information about all CTM competitors:
Rollback Rx, AyAyRecovery and so on.
It seems that all these products have a "father": MagiCure Professional
Website:
http://www.magicuresoft.com/products/magicure-professional

I said "father" because they claims that they are at the origin of the technology (creators) used by all these software and that they use their technology under licence.
About that, you can read the following topic on the Bit du Jour website:
http://www.bitsdujour.com/software/magicure-professional-2/

Cheers  Cool

Strange... Everybody claims to be the father of the technology... Everybody seems to bash the others... Why does this happen with this fantastic technology of snapshotting? Is it just marketing? FUD?

Quote
AvantEDGE Solutions Inc. Ralph, we are the vendor and the creator of this product.
I think in this case it is a play on words. It's their product with their brand name on it so legally they can say what is in the quote even though the technology was invented and patented by someone else.

Just to prevent possible confusion I would like to add that Comodo never stated they were the creators of this technology.
