Well... if you boot the computer with a live CD, the CTM drivers won't be loaded.
It's impossible to "see" the snapshots.
Only a full sector-to-sector backup will caught the snapshots if you boot with a live CD.

Suggest CTM automatically synchroize simutaneously the files the user chose at the time when CTM restores the computer enviroment before those files are opened, not at the time after CTM restores the computer enviroment when those files are opened.

I try my best to descrpt this desired function in English which is not my native language, hoping the developers could realize.Thanks.

tailshome, I think it would be very difficult to implement that... CTM would have to keep a list of what changed, be started when you open the file... Why wouldn't you like the way it is? If you're restoring a snapshot, then finish the job and synchronize the files on next boot. Just my opinion.

I really want to use CTM. But I have Ubuntu and, obliviosly, use Grub from it.

Right now, no. There is no CTM for Linux and CTM must be installed in all operational systems of the computer.

Maybe you didn't understand. I would like to use CTM only with windows, I don't need to backup linux system.

I understand you
The problem is that the Linux installation can mount the Windows file system and change it.
Doing so, the snapshots could be broken and all your data lost.
So, CTM avoids the installation in dual boot systems.

I wish Comodo Time Machine was more like Acronis True Image in that the backups to disk it copies a small autorun onto the disks, in the event of a system crash you just put in the 1rst disk and start the restoration proccess.

If comodo time machine and comodo backup were melded it would be perfect

Yeah, I know that CTM doesn't support TRIM but now I've upgraded my SSD without TRIM to a Corsair F80 and I miss badly my trusty CTM. 
So my question is simple: when can I expect a CTM version with TRIM support? This year? Next year? Ad calendas graecas?

Still got two wishes

A) Either give Comodo backup the same pre-boot loader capabilities OR include Comodo Backup functionality. In my ideal world Time Machine takes care of the Programs Partition and Comodo Backup of my data partitions.

WHAT IF?
CTM had tabs the the top saying "Drive C" "Drive D" "Drive E" or "DRIVE USB" etc...  that could allow users to take snapshot backup of the drive of their choice on a separate partition from C drive and let only C drive restor the OS
