Hello,

We compare the hash of the file content. We don't use the file name to compare.

Thank you! Your translation will be included in the next release. We delayed it for a few days because we are waiting for some more translations to be complete.

Hello,

This release came later than expected, but this is just because we wanted to ensure the quality of this product.
A PRO version of CSU will be available next week.

Is the Pro version released for version 4.0 as yet?

Is the Pro version released for version 4.0 as yet?

I previously enquired re the Pro version availability of CSU as I wanted to BUY the latest Pro version and it did not appear to me to be yet available in Pro form

The suggestion it was to be released "next week" has now evolved by default to next month+ as nothing has appeared nor has there been any announcement as to availability or revised delayed delivery date

In the interests of being  commercial  and making money Comodo why do you keep clients in the dark?

Your free products are excellent but I get the message the Comodo marketing is not yet in the same league for Pay products as free product!!!

The System Utilities web site allows you to buy the old version I assume as it does not state what version you are paying for until you discover same upon download. Why would I enter payment details etc only to find I had just bought the superseded old version. It should clearly show the version number IF IT IS NOT THE LATEST VERSION

I was wanting to pay for the pro version of the latest program

Surely it is not too hard to keep potential clients in the loop realistically rather than keeping them in the dark and letting them buy the old version

If the deadline of "next week" cannot be realised why not say so on the forum and save potential paying clients from buying the wrong/pld  version and/or having to look endlessly at the forum to try and glean any progress

Frustrating to say the least

I have raised this before to no avail. Why not Comodo put the version number for each products on their site. For example version numbers of comodo dragon or program manager.  At least could be mentioned on FAQ of the product. It is difficult to know the version unless I download and install it. Thanks. Off-Topic!

Development of CSU is pathetic: development is utterly slow, if not dead; support from developers is practically non-existent; promises left far behind; pro users sucked up big time; web site without proper and actual information... Do I need to continue? This has NOTHING to do with Comodo at all. At least I hope so.

Now I think you judge this too harshly because for one thing his is a free program.  Expect for those who do decide to upgrade and pay for that version.  I do not know a free version that is on the same level as CSU it is far and above all free programs like it.  So do they do a pathetic job when you take all that in to consideration no they do not because what free program can do all this one does or more ?  Now for the paid versions its a little different but still a very good program from my view.

Now this is not too say I would not like to see improvements or more or new features.  I too of course can't wait to see new things with this program.  Beyond that too me you are taking it too far in my view.  Of course I would love to see them but that does not mean this isn't a great.

Development of CSU is .. Do I need to continue? ..
Continue? I this case, you shouldn't have even started. If you cannot post within the bounds of the forum policy (which you are most certainly aware of) then you really shouldn't post at all. I'm sorry that you obviously find it so difficult to get your message over without resorting to such behavior. But, that's the way it is and your continued membership on these forums is contingent upon it.

I most strongly urge you to remove your own post before it seen by someone who is not in the mood for one of your ill mannered tantrums.
