- Your Operating System (and whether it's 32bit/64bit); Windows XP Professional v5.1, SP3, 32 bit
- Security Software Installed;  Norton 360 Premier Edition v3.8.0.41
- How you produced the problem; After installing, product suggested to upgrade as new version was available. Upgraded; program crashed.
- How you tried to resolve the problem; Tried the repair option. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried soft restart computer. Tried full shutdown and power up again.
- Screen-shots with the error (if any);
- Post Memory Dumps on crash if you encounter any;
- All log files of CSC, if you had logs enabled;
- Any other Additional Information; Submitted the error as requested on the crash notification.

Please post all bug reports & BSOD's here.

Be sure to include:

- Your Operating System (and whether it's 32bit/64bit);Windows 7 Prof, 32 bit
- Security Software Installed;MS security essentials
- How you produced the problem; simple update from older version
- How you tried to resolve the problem; uninstalled then reinstalled
- Screen-shots with the error (if any);
- Post Memory Dumps on crash if you encounter any;
- All log files of CSC, if you had logs enabled;
- Any other Additional Information;
program crashing when launched
