Ok I ran these and said I had a problem, do I want to fix. Answered yes and claimed it couldn't fix, do I want a log,yes. Have the log, what am I to look for in the log, please? (L)

To late Eric, I dumped them after many years of flawlees use that has now failed to convince me they were truthful. To many weird things happened with the onslaught of the new CIS software that made no sense whats so ever
